Welcome to Syria's Lost, an app developed by Alesa Ai to collect and preserve critical documents and information related to missing and disappeared persons during the Assad regime in Syria. By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the App and Services:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Syria's Lost app.
• You agree to use the app only for the purpose of uploading and preserving documents and files, and submitting missing person reports related to the conflict in Syria.
• You will not use the app to engage in any unlawful or unethical activities, such as the distribution of malware or the violation of anyone's rights.

2. User Contributions:

• By uploading documents, files, images, or missing person reports to the app, you grant Alesa Ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and share this information.
• You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content you provide, and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• You agree that any information you provide will be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

3. Data Usage and Privacy:

• The Syria's Lost app will collect and store the documents, files, images, and missing person reports you upload.
• By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You have the right to withdraw your personal information and request the deletion of your account at any time, though this will limit your ability to use the app.
